Allergy Testing

by Anna Prinkki

I recommend getting a food allergy blood test done to get conclusive results. Why wait any longer than you have to to determine what you're allergic to, when there are SO many possibilities - journaling about and abstaining from them all is going to take a long time and a lot of effort, and honestly, if you're depressed, do you have the energy for it?

I received my test results five days ago, and after avoiding the trigger foods for as many days, I already feel better - more energy, more optimism, clearer thinking, and clearer skin. After 15 years of dealing with the problems my allergies have caused, I'm ecstatic to find out the root cause and be able to eliminate it.

Ask your doctor for the ELISA Food Allergy Panel blood test.
