1. Think of the top 3 people you see most often during the week. Are they positive people or pessimistic people? Do they give you a glimpse of hope and joy or do they squash it all?
My brother, my wife, my friend. They are positive people that make me want to get better.

2. Where do you want to see yourself after being depression free? What do you want to be doing with your life?
I want to live happily with my wife, have kids with her, and enjoy life once again.

3. As you think about your depression, what do you think it may be teaching you about yourself?
It tought me that I can be a better person than I am.

6. What or who brings you joy?
My wife, my family, my friends, my work.

You sound like you have your priorities straight and you're on the right track. Don't give up, enjoy your family as much as you can and keep trying. You'll make it!
