Existential Crisis

I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for about a month and a half now.

I have to ask...has anyone else experienced an existential crisis during their depression?

Right now, it seems like something no one could ever overcome (that's the nature of the problem I suppose) but it's hard for me to tell if that's depression or logic!

Some logic...I want to believe again because it made me feel good to believe!

Here's my question...when you're depressed you have these awful thoughts...when you overcome that, how do you deal with the thoughts you once had? Do they just go away..or what? I thought I was getting over the depression but then I had the crisis and here I am again....

ANSWER:

I remember those feelings and yes they went away! :) There is hope! I'm so glad you discovered this site to learn more about what cures depression. It takes putting all the pieces of the pie in place - emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. Walk through the e-course and take one step at a time. You are worth it. :)

Blessings,

Merri Ellen
