how long to take 5 htp?

how long can you safely take 5htp? Do it lose it's effectiveness after a while?

Hi Rick,

I only had to take it for only a few months after weaning off of antidepressants. I then improved my serotonin levels with proper exercise, sunlight, nutrition, etc. Everyone's serotonin levels are different. Use it as one piece of the pie in going through all of the 6 steps of the e-course. Enjoy! :)
