You're welcome Gwen! I'm glad to hear you are taking steps to experiment with your recovery. Good for you! Walking every day, fish oil, 5 htp. I'm proud of you!

As for the light box, you could look at online classifieds such as craigslist.org

But in the meantime, getting outside walking is wonderful! Way to go!

There is hope! You are worth it!

Thanks Merri Ellen.....As per your recommendation, I've started taking fish oil gel caps and 5HPT. I've also walked for 45 minutes every day for the past several days.

I would love to get one of the lights you recommended but I can't afford it right now. My bills and the reduction in my income are probably the biggest trigger of my recent bout of depression! I wish I could find one of those lights for less money (like used or something!)

Thanks again for all you've done to reach out to people with depression. It really does help!
