ANSWER:

Good question. I'm afraid there doesn't seem to be any quality standard on green tea. I am not an expert on green tea standards but I think there may be less issues on quality with green tea than with fish oil.

yes, there is usually caffeine in green tea. Yet, Green tea naturally has less caffeine than black tea as well as coffee.
