This too, shall pass

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.

RESPONSE:

And I would say - how wonderful that we don't have to 'hold it together' on our own, alone and in silence! We must surround ourselves with the support we need - counselor, support group, church, family, friends. Read my articles and book on how to safely do this.
