trying to be upbeat

My sleep is fractured during the night. Mornings I struggle to get up. I start the day with dread as I head to my office. Anxiety is my constant companion during the day. As the day winds down I begin to relax some and look forward to heading to bed. I belong to a gym but am not able to get there during the week because of a long traffic bound commute. I try to work in a step machine in the basement and do pushups a couple of times a week. My energy level always feels quite low. Anyway that is what a day looks like and continues through the week. Weekends, anxiety is more pronounced. I have not been able to figure out why.

ANSWER:

Thanks for sharing. Enjoy our e-course as it may shed some light. Also, ask your doctor for a blood test to see if you're low in iron. Start there.

There is hope!

Blessings,

Merri Ellen
