“A handy dandy food guide for depression sufferers - heck, everybody!”

Perhaps you, like many others, including your parents, have been easily influenced by the snazzy marketing that food producers do on those hard to resist bags of chips or in the commercials of those greasy fast food joints that seem to promise happiness and fun if you eat their food. You may have not had someone teach you the REAL TRUTH and tips on ‘how to eat to prevent depression, obesity, diabetes etc’.

If you’re a victim, here’s an excellent resource for you regardless of what country you live in…

Canada has a helpful food guide for all ages plus… the new food guide on Health Canada’s website has added cooking advice as well as tips on how to make good decisions at the grocery store, how to decipher a nutrition label – even a customizable ‘My Food Guide’.

* Meet your needs for vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. * Reduce your risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, certain types of cancer and osteoporosis. * Contribute to your overall health and vitality.

I’ve found that successfully eating a proper diet does wonders for my mental health. I’m happier and more energetic.
