WHAT IS DEPRESSION

by Rand
(India)

I have been suffering from depression for the last 15 years. I am not afraid of death as much as I am afraid of depression. I can easily quantify as to when the depression is approaching. I have worked out enough visualisation techniques to cope with the depression, however I find each of them failing.I have read enough books and material on the net, however I am yet to come across any viable option which can work out. However I Believe if the under mentioned issues are explored, the depression can be cured:-
(a) Pain of depression has to be quantified by the sufferer
(b) Location of the depression on the left/right side of brain has to be quantified.
(c) Reasons for inability to bear the depression pain, although the individual can bear big physical pain has to be looked into.
(d) Visualisation techniques for removing the effected depression portion from brain and achieving a depression free state can be looked into.
(e)Visualising depression pain away from your body at a far location can be looked into

I have few other techniques. I have various options, however as a individual I am not able to work it out. Inetersted personnel may please respond, so that as a combined effort we may overcome depression.
