"What are typical Zoloft side effects and what should you do?"

The most common Zoloft side effects (straight from the product) are dry mouth, insomnia, sexual side effects, diarrhea, nausea, and sleepiness. Not everyone gets side effects on Zoloft. The makers say that your side effects “will most likely lessen over time.” (Be sure to tell your doctor about any side effects you might be having.)

"Are there any other options?"

Yes! After experiencing anti depressant side effects, I was determined to find another solution and went to the medical journals to do some research (I can’t help it – I’m an avid researcher). After doing thousands of hours of research I came up with my report which I encourage you to read entitled, “6 Powerful Ingredients to Cure Your Depression”. You can read more at the link below.
