Perhaps you, like many others, including your parents, have been easily influenced by the snazzy marketing that food producers do on those hard to resist bags of chips or in the commercials of those greasy fast food joints that seem to promise happiness and fun if you eat their food. You may have not had someone teach you the REAL TRUTH and tips on ‘how to eat to prevent depression, obesity, diabetes etc’.
