Teenage Depression

Im almost sixteen, and a girl. I never want to leave the house, and whenever my friend's ask me to go anywhere with them I make excuses, and they get annnoyed at me. I cry every night because I just feel so down but I don't even know why, and I get frustrated easily.:(
