is depression social anxiety and sad too?

by Georgia
(Canada)

Is Depression part of social anxiety disorder and sad (Seasonal affective Disorder) ?

ANSWER:

Anxiety and depression are closely linked in so many ways. So, yes. In fact, many who have suffered from anxiety and SAD and have gone through this research have found it to make a huge impact. Anxiety and depression are symptoms of causes and many times the causes are the same - such as trauma, stress, food choices, inability to deal with our emotions or handle them properly, etc.

So, feel free to walk through our e-course to see if you too can find relief. You are most welcome.

Blessings,

Merri Ellen
