I over sleep
Hi Merri Ellen,
I am glad i have stumbled on your website. I have read your first ingredient which is to improve sleep and get enough of sleep. However, my problem with sleep is that i tend to be oversleeping. I could sleep for about 10 hours a night and still feel very tired the next day which i think it's also due to oversleeping. I have tried to sleep lesser but i still struggle and feel very tired and sleepy. If you have an insight to oversleeping, i was hoping you can tell me how i can stop this.
Thanks for your email! Good question. Often times, we are not getting the adequate nutrients in our diet and we can feel lethargic all the time. It's like a car running out of gas.
I'd recommend you asking your doctor to take a blood test. I have a hunch that you are low in iron.
In fact, this happened to me when I was suffering from depression. I didn't feel like eating and so I neglected my eating habits and suffered from low iron levels. As a result, I went through an exhausted streak.
So, ask your doctor for a blood test.
