You can only go halfway into the darkest forest...then you are coming out the other side.
It can get better. You cannot rely on medications alone. You must do your part. Meditate, exercise, write to vent, try EFT which helps you rediscover you confidence and self control.
It won't get better if you sit back and wait. I did it. I was suicidal and I'm still here. I'm not depressed.
