Just one question...
Why isn't the first thing to assess your spiritual health? It affects all other aspects of life.
Why not start with your thought life? What are you spending the majority of your time thinking about or focused upon?
I have been depressed in the past. And I took the exact advice given here, only to find my self depressed again!
Thanks for sharing! Yes. Go carefully through the e-course again and you will see all those elements addressed... Spirituality, thought life...
Keep going through all the ingredients, be patient with yourself- carefully applying each ingredient. Don't give up.
