1. Think of the top 3 people you see most often during the week. Are they positive people or pessimistic people? Do they give you a glimpse of hope and joy or do they squash it all?
Answer: my top three people I see in my life are my boyfriends and my parents. My mom is the most supportive becasue she deals with the anxiety disorder that i also am new at suffering thru. my boyfriend trys to help by speaking positively and repremands me for negative talk. my father is least helpful but does try to help with hugs and few words.
2. Where do you want to see yourself after being depression free? What do you want to be doing with your life?
Answer: after i am depression free I want to get back in the gym and continue on the journey i once started of improving my health and physical appearance. I also want to be more active with friends and family. Lastly I would like to get more into my career and building my business.
3. As you think about your depression, what do you think it may be teaching you about yourself?
Answer: I think it is teaching me that i have anxiety and fears that i never knew i had. Also that iam strong for dealing with it as well as i am, though it doesnt seem like iam doing good.
4. What or who makes you angry?
Answer: my stomach always being sick makes me angry because it seeems like it stresses me the most and prohibits me from doing the things i love. Also my panic attacks and depression make me really angry because it keeps me from feeling like myself or normal anymore.
5. What or who makes you sad?
Answer: my new house makes me feel down, and i dont know why. everytime im there i just wanna leave. Iam a grown women that goes to her moms house just to relax instead of being happy in my brand new home with my boyfriend/best friend who i am newly living with and love very much. it makes me sad and upset that im not comfortable there and spend rediculous amounts of money in gas driving to my moms house and not staying home with my boyfriend.
6. What or who brings you joy?
Answer: when i feel good it makes me happy and being with my mother and at my moms house makes me feel good! being around my boyfriend makes me feel good. When i feel good exercising makes me feel good. Also getting dressed up and looking like I feel good and look good for once helps me too.
