1.- People I see regularly are into themselves, not negative but not too positive either. My best friends are far away since I moved out 2 years ago. I talk to them on the phone every week.
2.-I'd love to be helping others as a psychotherapist.
3.- It's teaching me that I have to work out some important childhood issues like communication, assertiveness and healthy expression of anger.
4.-When people mistreat me, go over my rights,or try to take advantage of me .
5.-When someone leaves me, when I am not invited to a gathering or when I am ignored or left out.
6.-Animals, pets, babies, peace, energetic people, kindness, compassion, physical exercise, the ocean, nature.
